Fleur de Sel Once Again Among the Winners of the Wine Spectator Restaurant Awards
A prestigious recognition from the leading American wine magazine
Fleur de Sel, the first restaurant in Serbia to be awarded a Michelin star, has received yet another international distinction. For the second consecutive year, the esteemed American magazine Wine Spectator has ranked it among the world’s best based on the quality of its wine list, within the prestigious Wine Spectator Restaurant Awards 2025.
Operating under Šapat Wine Atelier, the restaurant earned its place among top global establishments thanks to its rich wine list featuring 500 carefully curated labels from some of the finest producers worldwide.
This recognition reaffirms Fleur de Sel’s position among leading international restaurants whose wine programs reflect exceptional expertise, refined selection, and unwavering commitment to quality. Beyond its diverse offering, the restaurant stands out for its outstanding service and elegant presentation of the wine list, as well as the impeccable harmony between its fine dining concept and wine pairings.
“Our guests know that Fleur de Sel offers a true synergy of exceptional wines and top-tier gastronomy,” says Dušan Vranić, General Manager at Šapat Wine Atelier. “This award is a testament to our team’s dedication and our passion for providing one of the finest wine experiences in the region.”
With the distinction in the Best of Award of Excellence category, Šapat Wine Atelier, and Fleur de Sel have once again secured their place in Wine Spectator’s annual guide to the world’s best restaurants.
