The prestigious global guide The World of Fine Wine has ranked Fleur de Sel among the elite restaurants with the best wine lists in the world, awarding our restaurant the maximum three stars for the second consecutive year in recognition of the excellence of its wine program.
This year’s awards ceremony in London was attended by Dušan Vranić, General Manager and the author of the wine lists for both Šapat Wine Atelier restaurants – Fleur de Sel and Šapat.
The event brings together the most highly respected experts in the world of wine — including Masters of Wine, Master Sommeliers, and world-champion sommeliers — ensuring the highest level of credibility and integrity in the judging process. Each submitted wine list undergoes a detailed and independent evaluation.
The World of Fine Wine is a renowned British magazine that has, for years, been assessing and honoring restaurants around the globe for their exceptional wine lists, placing the very best into three categories by awarding three, two, or one star. The awards organized by this esteemed publication are regarded as the most prestigious and demanding international program dedicated to wine lists.
