“Šapat” Wines Presented at the Serbian Residence in Paris

Šapat Wine Atelier took part in an exclusive gala reception held at the Residence of the Embassy of Serbia in Paris, where a curated selection of Serbian wines and brandies were presented to distinguished guests. Held on 10 February, the event gathered leading restaurateurs, traders, journalists, and other invitees – visitors of the sixth edition of the “Wine Paris” fair, held from 9 to 11 February 2026.

According to Mladen Ćirić, Director of “Šapat,” the event provided an exceptional platform to showcase the authentic character and distinctive quality of the winery’s portfolio in the very heart of France.

It was a great honor for us to welcome wine professionals staying in Paris for the fair to the residence of our Embassy. It is particularly meaningful that members of the international wine and winemaking community had the opportunity to taste our wines and experience them alongside our gastronomy,” Ćirić said.

Under the patronage of Ana Hrustanović, Ambassador of Serbia to France, guests enjoyed refined selection of wines and brandies from some of Serbia’s most respected wineries and distilleries in the elegant setting of the Residence, situated near the Eiffel Tower, including wines from Šapat Wine Atelier.

Special attention was drawn to wines crafted from indigenous grape varieties, which for many guests marked their first encounter with Serbia’s dynamic wine scene. High praise was also extended to the interpretations of internationally renowned grape varieties, as well as to Serbia’s premium brandies.
