distinction.
Michelin inspectors visited the “Šapat” Wine Atelier in Novi Slankamen, dined at Fleur de Sel, and once again confirmed the innovation and exceptional quality of the food, beverages, and service. This is how our restaurant is described in the “Michelin guide Serbia 2026:
„It is well worth taking the roughly 60-kilometre drive from the centre of Belgrade to reach this fascinating destination, where exceptional cuisine and outstanding wines await. The restaurant is located within the Šapat Wine Atelier, surrounded by vineyards spanning 12 hectares.
Designed in rich, velvety tones and adorned with magnificent chandeliers, the restaurant exudes an elegant, classic atmosphere complemented by subtle contemporary touches. Large panoramic windows allow guests to enjoy breathtaking views of the tranquil Danube, the vineyards, and the lush surrounding greenery.Talented head chef Nikola Stojaković brilliantly combines world-class culinary techniques – refined in some of France’s finest restaurants – with premium Serbian ingredients, including locally sourced meat and river fish. His distinctive, creative approach features three successive versions of each dish, offering a unique interpretation of the same key ingredient.
For those willing to trade the Danube view for a front-row seat to the culinary spectacle, a special table positioned directly in front of the kitchen delivers an immersive, behind-the-scenes experience. The wine cellar is a true Aladdin’s cave, housing more than 500 labels- from the Šapat Winery’s own production to exceptional vintages from around the world. A truly singular gastronomic experience, distinguished by excellence in every detail.
