Another recognition for the Šapat Wine Atelier from Vino&Fino magazine

Restaurant Fleur de Sel awarded “Wine List of the Year 2025”

Created with full authorial integrity, deep knowledge of the market and the wishes of wine lovers, and in accordance with the highest international standards, restaurant Fleur de Sel’s wine list has received the title “Wine List of the Year 2025”, selected by the leading domestic magazine specializing in wine and gastronomic culture, Vino&Fino. This award is being presented for the first time.

Restaurant Fleur de Sel and Dušan Vranić, Head Sommelier and Restaurant Manager, were recognized for an outstanding wine list distinguished by its broad selection, carefully curated wines, and a collection set according to the highest professional standards. This recognition comes as yet another confirmation of the quality, expertise, and dedication of the entire team of the Šapat Wine Atelier.

Our wine list was awarded the maximum of three corkscrews, with the following description:

“Restaurant Fleur de Sel’s wine list is a clear and comprehensive 27-page journey through the most important wine regions of the world: while it is extensive, its status as the best in Serbia derives not from its breadth alone, but from the purpose behind it. Its creator, Dušan Vranić, does not seek to impress with the number of labels, but with knowledge, integrity, and clarity. The Fruška Gora wine region shines within it, as do the great regions of the Old and New Worlds, while a personal hallmark of the list is the particular love and dedication with which the sections devoted to the historic regions of France have been created.”

In its statement, Vino&Fino further adds that this wine list features pearls from great houses, “exciting wines you have yet to discover, great wines from terroirs not yet on your radar—all this, and much more, in a list that perfectly follows the gastronomic story of Restaurant Fleur de Sel and enriches the moments spent there.”

As noted by Vino&Fino, the ranking took into account the relevance and breadth of the selection, the authorial signature, accuracy of information, and stylistic and regional representation of the wines. The wine lists were evaluated by a three-member jury chaired by Vuk Vuletić, one of Serbia’s most decorated sommeliers, with members Filip Vuksanović, sommelier, and Igor Luković, editor of Vino&Fino magazine. Wine lists were ranked and marked with three, two, or one corkscrew.
