Šapat Wine Atelier participated in one of the most important wine trade fairs in the United Kingdom, the London Wine Fair 2026, held from May 18 to 20.
As part of the national pavilion organized by the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Serbia and the Development Agency of Serbia under the slogan “Wines of Serbia,” Šapat Wine Atelier exhibited alongside eight wineries and two distilleries from Serbia among more than 500 exhibitors from around the world.
“During the fair, we had the opportunity to present wines from our portfolio and speak with distributors, importers, sommeliers, and professional buyers from various countries,” said Nikola Ivanović, sales manager. “Šapat wines are already available on the British market, and on this occasion, we presented the Bianca, Chardonnay, Šu Šu, Nera, and Cuvee labels. Everyone who visited our stand had exceptionally positive impressions of the wines, especially Nera and Cuvee, which were a pleasant new discovery for many visitors.”
The London Wine Fair is considered one of the largest and most influential specialized wine exhibitions in the United Kingdom and Europe, bringing together distributors and representatives of leading retail chains from around the world. For more than 40 years, the fair has gathered tens of thousands of buyers from distribution companies, the hospitality sector, and retail industry.
“It is a great pleasure for us to have been part of such a major international event, which further confirms the recognition and presence of Šapat wines on the international market,” Nikola Ivanović concluded.
The menu at Fleur de Sel is conceived as a journey through flavours, textures and carefully selected ingredients, designed to offer a refined and well-balanced gastronomic experience.
Guests may choose from an à la carte menu, created for those who wish to explore a wider range of dishes, as well as three tasting menus — “Serbia”, “From the Danube to the Adriatic” and “Farm”. Each consists of six thoughtfully composed courses. The menus evolve seasonally, following the rhythm of nature and the availability of fresh, locally sourced ingredients.
Under the guidance of Chef Nikola Stojaković, each menu bears a distinct personal signature, inspired by local heritage as well as global culinary traditions, and brought to life through contemporary techniques.
Only the finest ingredients are used in the preparation of each dish, the majority of which are locally sourced. Each element is selected with particular care, in order to highlight its authentic character and depth of flavour. The quality and originality of this approach have been recognised with Serbia’s first Michelin Guide star.
A special place on the menu is reserved for the Chef’s Surprise Menu, an original concept by Chef Nikola Stojaković, designed for guests who wish to embrace the unknown and place their full trust in his creativity and vision. This menu offers a truly unique experience, where each course is revealed as a surprise — an invitation to experience the cuisine in its most intimate and expressive form.
