Awards were also presented in categories including Best Sommelier, Gault & Millau POP, Best Pastry Chef, Best Young Talent, Chef of Tradition, Chef of the Future, and Chef of the Year.
Gault & Millau is a prestigious French guide to restaurants, hotels and gastronomy, regarded as one of the world’s most influential culinary authorities.
